Key Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact
• Understand business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans
• Lead internal coordination across creative, content, and performance teams
• Drive timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and maintain quality standards
• Present ideas, strategies, and reports confidently to clients
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts and drive upselling
• Handle feedback, solve problems, and manage expectations effectively

What we are looking for

• 35 years of experience in an agency or digital marketing environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities without compromising quality
• Strategic thinking with a good grasp of digital, content, and branding
• High ownership mindset with attention to detail
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
