Location: South Delhi

Experience: 13 years

Compensation: INR 6.00 LPA to 7.50 LPA

Work Type: Full-time

Work Days: Mon-Fri (5 Days)

Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM


About the Role

The studio is looking for a Client Servicing & Growth Associate to support its inbound business development journey.


This is not a cold-calling or aggressive sales role. The studio does not operate like a typical sales-led organisation. Instead, this role sits at the intersection of client communication, proposal documentation, internal coordination, and pipeline management.


The person in this role will help ensure that inbound inquiries are handled with care, structure, and maturity from first response to proposal-stage follow-through.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-quality client interaction, process ownership, and business-side problem-solving within a premium creative environment.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Track and manage incoming inquiries across channels
  • Send first responses and coordinate initial meetings
  • Support the creation of proposals and related documentation
  • Maintain pipeline trackers and ensure follow-ups do not slip
  • Coordinate internally with leadership and team members to move opportunities forward
  • Help assess whether inquiries are aligned and worth pursuing
  • Support a seamless and professional client experience throughout the pre-engagement journey

  • Strong communication skills

  • Emotional maturity and listening ability
  • Comfort with documentation and structured workflows
  • Good judgment in professional conversations
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle nuance

Good to have

  • Experience in business development, client servicing, account coordination, customer success, or sales operations
  • Exposure to proposals, contracts, CRM tracking, or pipeline management
  • Architecture / design industry exposure is helpful, but not mandatory
  • MBA / business background can be useful if paired with strong communication and maturity
