Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Client Servicing Executive. The role involves managing client relationships, handling inquiries, creating and delivering presentations, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will also oversee account management tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management
• Strong skills in creating and delivering compelling Presentations
• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus
