M2M is looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can build strong client relationships, ensure seamless communication, and drive projects from brief to delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management or customer success, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Strong project coordination and follow-up skills to ensure timely delivery.
• Experience handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services including Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Website Development, Branding and Content Marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ClickUp, Asana, and other project management tools.
• Ability to prepare meeting notes, maintain project trackers and share regular client updates.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive hustler who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with strategy, design, content, performance marketing and development teams.
• Receptive to feedback, eager to learn and committed to continuous growth.
