Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactiveClient Servicing Executiveto manage client relationships while also handling initial interactions with new leads. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, relationship management, and business acumen to ensure seamless service delivery while exploring new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring smooth execution of services.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, regularly updating them on project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects.
• Conduct introductory pitches to new leads and potential clients.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects, understanding their requirements and positioning our services effectively.
• Prepare and share business proposals, presentations, and service offerings with clients.
• Follow up with leads, maintain a database of prospects, and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify and address client concerns, providing timely solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated with industry trends to offer valuable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
