Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and proactive Client Servicing Executive who understands advertising, PR, and media relations.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Is passionate about public relations

Can confidently manage client expectations

Has strong coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between client (University) and media houses

Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists & media professionals

Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns

Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and press materials

Coordinate interviews, press meets & media events

Monitor media coverage and prepare sentiment/impact reports

Support social media coordination & brand visibility initiatives

Work closely with internal creative & strategy teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery

Handle crisis communication professionally when required

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year experience in PR / Media / Client Servicing

Graduate or Postgraduate in Mass Communication & Journalism

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Strong organizational & time management abilities

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Hands-on experience with media coordination

Knowledge of crisis communication & reputation management

Comfortable with social media platforms & digital communication tools

Willing to be based in Ranchi
