Role: Client Servicing Executive (13 years)

This role isnt about just handling clients.

Its about owning campaigns, managing creators, and making sure ideas actually come to life the way they should.

At Crossbox, youll:

Be the main point of contact for brands across campaigns

Understand briefs and translate them into clear execution plans

Work closely with creators and influencers on deliverables and timelines

Manage end to end campaign execution from onboarding to final reporting

Coordinate internally with strategy, influencer and content teams

Ensure timelines, quality and expectations are always met

Handle client communication, updates and feedback seamlessly

Be involved in campaign ideation and creative discussions

Track performance and share insights that actually matter

Were looking for someone who:

Has 13 years of experience in influencer marketing or a digital agency

Knows how to manage multiple campaigns without losing control

Is strong with communication and stakeholder management

Understands social media platforms and the creator ecosystem

Is proactive, solution oriented and detail focused

Thrives in a fast paced, high ownership environment

Bonus if youve worked directly with creators or talent.
