Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing professional to act as
the key point of contact between Brandola and its clients. The role involves managing client
relationships, understanding brand requirements, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring
seamless execution of POSM and retail branding projects within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (Design, Production,
Operations).
- Understand client briefs, objectives, timelines, and budgets, and translate them into
actionable internal briefs.
- Coordinate with creative and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely project
execution.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including approvals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and share proposals, estimates, presentations, and status reports with clients.
- Track project progress, manage revisions, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
- Handle client feedback professionally and ensure quick resolution of concerns.
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent service quality and communication.
- Support the business development team with repeat business and upsell opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related
field.
- 26 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in advertising, branding, retail, or
POSM agencies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of POSM, retail branding, and execution processes (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
