traditional platforms.

Role Overview:

The Client Service Executive will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring

seamless communication and successful execution of projects. The role involves managing client

accounts, understanding project requirements, coordinating with creative and production teams,

and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, shoots, and content.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with production houses, advertising agencies,

digital marketing agencies, or media companies, along with strong relationship management and

project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Understand client objectives, brand positioning, and project requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding ongoing projects.

Provide regular updates and ensure clear communication throughout project timelines.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with creative, video production, editing, social media, and design teams to

execute projects.

Translate client briefs into clear internal project requirements.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Campaign & Production Management

Assist in managing brand shoots, digital campaigns, advertisements, and content

production.

Track project milestones and deliverables.

Ensure deliverables align with the clients brand guidelines and expectations.

Client Feedback & Revisions

Collect feedback from clients and communicate it effectively to internal teams.

Ensure revisions are implemented accurately and delivered within deadlines.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain project records, meeting notes, and communication logs.

Prepare client presentations, reports, and campaign updates.

Track approvals, revisions, and final deliverables.

Business Growth Support

Identify opportunities for upselling services or expanding client engagements.

Support the team in preparing proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations.

Required Skills

Strong client relationship management abilities.

Good understanding of media production, branding, and digital marketing workflows.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related

field.

35 years of relevant experience in client servicing, advertising agency, production house, or

digital marketing company.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling multiple brand accounts.

Understanding of content production, video shoots, and social media campaigns.

Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
