Department: Head of Operations - Brand Experiences and Activations
Reports To: Client Servicing Lead / CEO
Location: Bangalore
ROLE SUMMARY
Owns day-to-day relationships across B&B's client roster - IndWild, Westside, Subko, DivyaSree, Forum Malls, Secret Alchemist and Zudio UAE - translating briefs into clear project plans and keeping delivery on track across creative, production and operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take client briefs and translate them into actionable project plans and timelines
- Act as the daily point of contact for assigned clients, managing calls, updates and status reports
- Coordinate between creative, production and operations teams to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain accurate project trackers and campaign documentation in Notion
- Prepare and organize decks, meeting notes and follow-ups for client presentations
- Track project budgets and flag scope or cost overruns early
- Support coordination on contracts and SOWs alongside the operations team
- Flag risks or delays proactively and manage escalations before they become issues
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 13 years of experience in client servicing or account management, ideally at a creative or marketing agency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
- Working knowledge of Notion, PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel
- Calm and solution-oriented under tight deadlines
- Based in Bangalore, willing to attend client meetings and on-ground activations as needed
