Role Description This full-time remote Client Services Representative role is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood, documented, and addressed in a timely manner. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, coordinating with internal marketing, creative, and analytics teams, and tracking the status of ongoing campaigns and deliverables. The role involves monitoring client satisfaction, proactively identifying issues or opportunities, and supporting account managers with reports, meeting preparation, and follow-ups. The Client Services Representative will maintain accurate records in CRM and project management tools, assist with basic budget tracking or invoice queries, and help ensure that client communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with agreed objectives. This position requires a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong client-facing skills in Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and professional email and meeting etiquette.
  • Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction by managing expectations, resolving issues, and following up to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Basic understanding of Finance concepts relevant to client work, such as budgets, invoicing, and tracking spend against plans.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and proficiency using CRM, project management, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
  • Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or a client-facing role in a related industry is preferred.
  • Associate or bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
