Job Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Services Representative role at our Ahmedabad office. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for

• Addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• The role includes daily communication with clients, monitoring service requests, and providing solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Client Services and Customer Service
• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficiency in using computers and IT tools to manage customer queries
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address client issues efficiently
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in email writing
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
