Role Overview: BOPM (Business Operations & Project Management / Client Servicing)

The BOPM role focuses on end-to-end project management, client partnership, and operational excellence, driving delivery, efficiency, and growth across enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Plan and execute end-to-end projects ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
• Manage capacity, resources, and talent supply across projects
• Set up and optimize SOPs, tools, and workflows

Social Media, Creative & SEO

• Create and execute social media strategies
• Managed SEO related clients in the past.
• Manage content planning, scheduling, and community engagement
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns (organic + paid)

Client Partnership

• Build strong client relationships and act as a strategic partner
• Own client satisfaction, delivery, and organic growth
• Manage projects from planning to execution (timelines, budgets, resources)

Operations & Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with strategy, design, and content teams
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority

Financial Management

• Ensure accurate invoicing and PO utilization
• Track costs, margins, and project profitability
• Manage scope changes and financial reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing roles with team management experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
• Candidates strictly from agency background
• Relevant experience in SEO agencies and creative agencies
