Role Overview: BOPM (Business Operations & Project Management / Client Servicing)
The BOPM role focuses on end-to-end project management, client partnership, and operational excellence, driving delivery, efficiency, and growth across enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Plan and execute end-to-end projects ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
- Manage capacity, resources, and talent supply across projects
- Set up and optimize SOPs, tools, and workflows
Social Media, Creative & SEO
- Create and execute social media strategies
- Managed SEO related clients in the past.
- Manage content planning, scheduling, and community engagement
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns (organic + paid)
Client Partnership
- Build strong client relationships and act as a strategic partner
- Own client satisfaction, delivery, and organic growth
- Manage projects from planning to execution (timelines, budgets, resources)
Operations & Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with strategy, design, and content teams
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority
Financial Management
- Ensure accurate invoicing and PO utilization
- Track costs, margins, and project profitability
- Manage scope changes and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years in client-facing roles with team management experience
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
- Candidates strictly from agency background
- Relevant experience in SEO agencies and creative agencies
