Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Manager located in Mumbai. The Client Services Manager will oversee client accounts, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Client Services to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proficient Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey ideas and listen effectively
• Proven Customer Service experience with a commitment to resolving inquiries professionally and promptly
• Sharp Analytical Skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
