Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can manage relationships, drive

execution, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. This role is

critical in delivering high-quality experiences and maintaining long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication with clients across projects and campaigns

Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs

Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, video, marketing) for execution

Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards

Prepare and present updates, reports, and campaign performance summaries

Handle client feedback and ensure smooth implementation of revisions

Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term client growth

Who Should Apply

13 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or similar roles

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
