This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Services Executive, based in Bandra with opportunities to work from home on occasion. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing client concerns effectively. The role involves analyzing client feedback, developing actionable solutions, and coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will also monitor business relationships to identify growth opportunities and maintain strong lines of communication with clients.

• Proven skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Business Relationship Management
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and relationship-building capabilities
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in consulting, client services, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
