Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Service Representative Internship based in Okhla. The intern will assist in managing day-to-day client communication, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth client experience across multiple e-commerce projects. Responsibilities include supporting client onboarding, collecting and organizing client requirements, coordinating with internal teams (marketing, operations, and design), and tracking action items to meet deadlines. The role also involves monitoring client accounts for basic performance indicators, preparing simple reports or summaries, and escalating concerns to senior team members when needed. The intern will contribute to maintaining high client satisfaction by being proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Strong client-facing abilities, including Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to understand client needs, follow up diligently, and support long-term relationships.
  • Basic understanding of Finance concepts related to invoicing, billing, or account status tracking is an advantage.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms; interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Okhla.
