Flashoot is a creative services platform that connects customers with professional photographers, videographers, and content creators for events, celebrations, portraits, personal branding, and other content requirements.

We are looking for a Client Service Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable services and packages, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to service completion.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, a customer-centric approach, and a proactive attitude towards achieving results.

• Handle inbound leads and customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable services and packages.
• Explain Flashoot's offerings, pricing, and process to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with clients regarding schedules, requirements, and event details.
• Assign photographers, videographers, and creators for confirmed bookings.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and creators.
• Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system.
• Resolve client queries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Achieve monthly booking and conversion targets.

• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to take ownership and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, client servicing, sales, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
