Client Relations Specialist

Were hiring Key Account Sales Manager/ Sales Manager with 2-6 years of sales experience who can own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing deals and expanding accounts. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on driving growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle: discovery proposal closure
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound + inbound efforts
• Drive client conversations to understand needs and position outcome-based solutions
• Create and execute account plans & deal strategies to maximize revenue
• Identify and close upsell / cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborate with pre-sales & delivery to craft winning proposals
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM hygiene

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2- 6 years experience in B2B sales / account executive roles (IT services preferred)
• Strong skills in client communication, negotiation, and deal closure
• Ability to build pipeline and handle multiple deals simultaneously
• Good understanding of tech services (AI, Data, Engineering preferred)
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Freshworks, etc.)
• Highly proactive, and ownership mindset

Location & Work Setup

• Noida (Sector 62)
• 5 days WFO (6-day week structure)
