Role Overview

As a Client Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. This is a high-ownership role where youll work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to Sourcebaes growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive long-term partnerships.

Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

Expand key accounts by understanding client hiring needs and offering tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Engage with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships.

Meet and exceed revenue targets through consultative selling and account expansion.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Client Partnerships, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in tech, staffing, recruitment, or SaaS environments is preferred.
• Proven track record of hunting new accounts and growing existing relationships.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A commercial mindset with a bias for actionsomeone who drives deals to closure.
• Comfortable engaging with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers.

Nice to Have

• Background in IT staffing, developer marketplaces, or recruitment platforms.
• An existing network within the tech hiring ecosystem.
