About the Role

We are looking for a Client Partner with a strong technical foundation in Data & Analytics who can drive strategic client engagements while anchoring solutioning, delivery oversight, and capability building.

Unlike traditional sales-focused roles, this position requires a deep understanding of data platforms, architecture, and modern analytics ecosystems, along with the ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Technical Advisory

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Data & Analytics strategy, architecture, and roadmap
• Engage with client stakeholders (Business, IT, Data teams) to define problem statements and solution approaches
• Drive consultative discussions rather than transactional sales

2. Solutioning & Presales

• Own end-to-end solution design for data platforms, BI, cloud, and AI/GenAI initiatives
• Collaborate with internal COEs to build scalable, reusable, and competitive solutions
• Participate in RFPs, proposals, and technical presentations
• Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client architecture

3. Delivery Oversight

• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of projects/programs
• Provide guidance on architecture, performance optimization, and best practices
• Ensure high-quality delivery, governance, and client satisfaction

4. Account Growth (Capability-led)

• Identify opportunities for expansion through technology-led interventions
• Drive growth via solution-led discussions, innovation, and capability positioning
• Focus on long-term value creation, not just short-term revenue

5. Capability Building

• Contribute to building Data & Analytics offerings, accelerators, and frameworks
• Mentor teams on emerging technologies like GenAI, modern data stack, and cloud platforms
• Strengthen internal technical depth and domain expertise

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics / Big Data / Data Engineering / BI
• Strong hands-on or architectural understanding of:
• Data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc.)
• Cloud ecosystems (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• ETL/ELT tools (Talend, Informatica, etc.)
• BI & Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience in solutioning, presales, and client-facing roles
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Exposure to AI / GenAI use cases is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of data governance, scalability, and performance optimization

Preferred Background

• Mix of delivery + presales + client engagement experience
• Experience working with enterprise clients and managing large accounts
• Prior experience in building practices or COEs is a plus
