Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Client Partner to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver business value across global accounts. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, aligning business objectives with technology solutions and leading cross functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

This role requires strong expertise in IT services, stakeholder management, account growth, and global delivery oversight, with the ability to manage and expand enterprise accounts across geographies.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key accounts
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy

Business Growth & Account Management

  • Own P&L responsibility for assigned accounts
  • Drive revenue growth and account expansion
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Lead account planning, forecasting, and growth strategies

Global Delivery & Execution Oversight

  • Collaborate with delivery, technology, and solution teams
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution

Strategic Consulting & Value Creation

  • Understand client challenges and translate them into IT and digital solutions
  • Position services across Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, and Enterprise Applications
  • Drive consultative selling and value-based engagements

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, and support
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals
  • Mentor and guide account managers and emerging leaders


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting
  • Proven experience in managing and growing global enterprise accounts
  • Experience working with clients across North America, Europe, APAC, or Middle East
  • Strong understanding of IT services (Application Development, Cloud, Data, Digital, etc.)
  • Experience handling multi-million-dollar accounts and complex engagements
  • Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-cultural environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in scaling enterprise accounts and building long-term partnerships
  • Strong network within the global enterprise ecosystem
  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams

Relevant Experience Preferred

  • Experience driving revenue growth and account profitability
  • Experience expanding service lines within existing accounts
  • Experience delivering large-scale strategic programs
  • Experience managing global stakeholders and delivery teams

Qualification

  • MBA (Full-time) from a reputed institution (Tier 1 / Tier 2 B-Schools preferred)
  • Bachelors degree in engineering / technology / computer science or related field
