You have spent years inside rooms where strategy decks are admired and then quietly shelved - where strong recommendations stall in the gap between what a client should do and what actually gets delivered. We are looking for a Client Partner to own our most valuable asset: the trusted relationships with the clients who already rely on us. Think of this as an evolved Account Manager role -one that combines the strategic depth of a senior consultant with the commercial instincts of a closer. You will not be chasing cold leads. You will be deepening accounts that already believe in us, and turning satisfied clients into long-term champions.

Most account management is reactive: manage escalations, secure renewals, and hope nothing breaks. We are building the opposite. As Client Partner, you will be the strategic mind inside the account -anticipating what the client needs next, mapping it to what Droidal can deliver, and making expansion feel like a natural progression rather than a hard sell.

If you are currently at a leading consulting firm, the proposition is simple: you have the advisory capability, but you rarely see your recommendations through to outcome. Here, your insight directly drives both revenue and measurable client impact. The loop closes, and you own it end to end.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own client satisfaction. Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, keeping client satisfaction consistently high.
  • Grow the accounts. Drive revenue expansion across existing customers as the primary measure of success, identifying white space and converting it into growth.
  • Expand the footprint. Cross-sell and up-sell Droidals full portfolio of AI agents, agentic automation, and healthcare-specific AI solutions such as revenue cycle management and claims automation.
  • Apply a consulting lens. Diagnose real business problems before prescribing solutions, and frame proposals in the language of ROI, outcomes, and transformation.
  • Partner with delivery. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure execution consistently meets or exceeds client expectations on quality, timeline, and value.
  • Plan strategically. Build and execute strategic account plans that earn credibility at the executive and boardroom level.
  • Represent the client internally. Channel client needs back into product, delivery, and leadership so that Droidal continues to improve how it serves the market.




What You Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in account management, client partnering, management consulting, or strategic enterprise sales -ideally within IT services, technology, or consulting.
  • A genuine consulting mindset: you diagnose before you prescribe, and you think in outcomes rather than activities.
  • A proven track record of growing existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell, supported by tangible revenue results.
  • Strong commercial instincts -the ability to identify opportunity and close it with credibility rather than pressure.
  • A solid understanding of how delivery operates, enabling you to set realistic expectations and safeguard quality.
  • Executive presence and the ability to engage equally well with CXOs and technical leaders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with, or strong curiosity about, AI, automation, and their impact on enterprise operations.
  • A bachelors degree is required; an MBA is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
  • Willingness to be based in Chennai or Coimbatore, with travel to client sites as required.


Preferred

  • Domain exposure to or experience within the healthcare industry and Revenue Cycle Management is strongly welcomed, given the depth of our healthcare AI portfolio.
  • Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts with complex commercial structures.
