About the role :
We are hiring a Client Delivery Lead to run and improve our client delivery organization.
This role sits at the center of how we serve customers. You will lead teams across:
- HRBP / HR operations (client-facing delivery)
- client finance (payroll and invoicing coordination)
- shared services (benefits, insurance, equipment, onboarding)
This is not a pure HR role.
This is not a backend operations role.
This is a service delivery leadership role where you are responsible for ensuring that:
- clients get a consistent, reliable experience
- employees get strong day-to-day support
- internal teams operate with clarity and discipline
- delivery scales without breaking
What you will own :
- Own delivery quality across all client accounts
- Manage HRBP / HR Ops associates responsible for client and employee support
- Manage client finance coordination across payroll, invoicing, and month-end readiness
- Manage shared delivery services: benefits, insurance, equipment, onboarding, documentation
- Define clear service models across strategic, mid-sized, and small clients
- Ensure strong response times, ownership clarity, and issue resolution
- Run escalations and ensure fast, controlled resolution
- Track delivery risks across accounts, team bandwidth, payroll readiness, and onboarding timelines
- Improve structure, reporting, and accountability across teams
- Standardize workflows and reduce dependency on individuals
- Work with product and founders to improve systems and automation
- Use technology and AI to improve delivery speed, visibility, and quality

What we are looking for :
- 48 years of experience
- Experience in client delivery, HR operations, HRBP, employee success, staffing, payroll, EOR, or similar service-heavy environments
- Experience managing teams handling multiple clients or multiple business units
- Strong escalation handling ability
- Strong process discipline and operational thinking
- Comfortable managing both people-facing and execution-heavy work
- Ability to build structure in an evolving environment
- Strong ownership and follow-through
- Clear communication
- Comfort with tools, automation, and AI-driven workflows
