Position: Client Acquisition Manager IT Contract Staffing (India)

Were seeking a Client Acquisition Manager with a strong focus on sales and new business development in the IT contract staffing domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of acquiring clients and driving end-to-end sales cyclesfrom prospecting to closing dealswithin the India market.

Key Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage potential clients in need of IT contract staffing solutions. Build and convert a strong pipeline of leads into long-term business relationships.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• End-to-End Sales Cycle: Lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure.
• Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to craft tailored staffing solutions.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (IT Heads, Procurement Leaders, etc.) and represent Horizontal at industry events.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3 15+ years of experience in sales and business development, with 2+ years in IT contract staffing (India market).
• Proven success in client acquisition and deal closure.
• Strong understanding of the IT staffing ecosystem, pricing models, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with high accountability.
• Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.gf
