Role Description

We are seeking a Client Acquisition Associate for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru office. The primary responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls, and managing end-to-end client acquisition processes.

This role involves conducting market research, building prospect databases, analysing client needs, performing due diligence, and nurturing relationships to expand CertifyMes client base. The associate will be responsible for scheduling demos and meetings for the sales team, maintaining CRM records, tracking outreach performance, and supporting pipeline growth initiatives.

The role also requires close collaboration with the sales and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and to incorporate client feedback into acquisition and engagement strategies.


Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (MonSat Office)


Experience: 2-3 years of experience


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Acquisitions and conducting thorough Due Diligence
  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, with a focus on client engagement
  • Proven Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate market trends and client requirements
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in SaaS, education, or credentialing industries is a plus
