Your Role

As a Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing analytics solutions that provide actionable insights across customer journeys. You will work closely with business, marketing, and technology teams to enable datadriven decisionmaking using Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Designing and implementing Customer Journey Analytics solutions using Adobe Experience Platform
• Integrating data from multiple sources (online, offline, CRM, and mobile) into AEP
• Developing and maintaining data schemas, datasets, and data views for CJA reporting
• Building meaningful journey visualizations, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define tracking requirements and measurement strategies
• Ensuring data accuracy, governance, and best practices across analytics implementations

Your Profile

You are a technically strong analytics professional with handson experience in Adobe analytics tools and data modeling, capable of translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
