Job Description:

We are looking for a competent and experienced Civil Site Engineer & Project Engineer to oversee construction projects at R K Construction. The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations; ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing designs for projects
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality and adherence to designs specifications
• Collaborate closely with project managers and sub-contractors to ensure timely project completion
• Understanding of design software like AutoCAD
• Generate 2D and 3D models of structures.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, site diaries, change orders
• Conducting site inspections and feasibility assessments
• Preparing project plans and carrying them out
• Calculating estimated costs for projects
• Learning all relevant government regulations and codes
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety for the project
• Finding solutions to problems and producing presentations to showcase them
• Coordinating with clients and contractors
• Infrastructure engineering and design skills
• Mathematical and cost analysis skills
• Written and oral communication skills
• Leadership and organizational skills

• Project development and management skills

Requirements:

• B.tech in Civil or M.tech in Civil Engineering
• Must Belong to Ranchi
• Two-wheeler preferred
• 2 to 5 years of relevant site engineering experience in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in site management software (optional)
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
