JOB LOCATION : Kerala & Coimbatore

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Civil Project Engineer to manage end-to-end store setup projects. The role involves planning, designing, and executing retail store interiors while ensuring brand standards and timelines are met from concept to store launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Plan and execute retail store interior projects from initial concept to store opening
• Develop and review store layout, design concepts, and themes as per brand guidelines
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and timelines
• Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and store aesthetics
• Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and project plans
• Utilize design and project management software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
• Track project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project completion

REQURIMENTS

• Min1 to 3 years of experience in interior projects / civil or retail fit-outs
• Knowledge of interior design concepts and materials
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools
• Strong project coordination and vendor management skills
• Willingness to travel and handle multiple sites
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
