Hiring: Civil Planning Engineer Large Scale EPC Hospital Project
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Project: 2000 Crore Medical Hospital Project
Project Duration: 4+ Years (Long-term Opportunity)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Civil Planning Engineer who can independently manage planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination activities for large-scale commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Prepare baseline, recovery, and catch-up schedules
Monitor project progress, delays, milestones, and critical path activities
Generate MIS reports, dashboards, S-curves, and progress reports
Coordinate with Site Execution, Billing, QS, Procurement, and QA/QC teams
Conduct weekly & monthly planning review meetings
Support resource planning and forecasting activities
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 412 Years in EPC / Commercial Building Projects
Strong experience in Primavera P6 or MS Project
Experience in Hospital, High-rise, Institutional, or Commercial projects preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
Education
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
