We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduate Trainee to join our team as a Civil Construction Project Coordinator Intern.

This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are interested in construction project coordination, client communication, and administrative support for international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in daily project coordination activities
• Coordinate with internal team members, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain project records, trackers, and communication updates
• Follow up on project tasks and ensure timely coordination between teams
• Attend meetings and prepare meeting notes when required

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Completed 2024 or 2025 pass out)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate professionally with overseas clients from the USA, UK, and Australia
• Basic knowledge of construction projects and project coordination
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
