Location: UL CyberPark, Kozhikode, Kerala

About the Role

As a Civil 3D Draftsman, you will support project execution by developing, updating, and maintaining technical drawings for civil works. You will work closely with site engineers and the project team to reflect actual site conditions and ensure all drawing submissions are properly documented and controlled.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and develop detailed civil shop drawings based on project specifications, approved designs, and applicable QCS standards.

Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to incorporate actual site conditions and project priorities into drawings.

Update and support drawings related to PTW (Permit to Work) and TDP requirements.

Manage multiple drawing tasks, including revisions and new submissions, while meeting project deadlines.

Ensure all drawings are properly documented, version-controlled, and maintained as per project procedures.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D, as applicable.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
