Arkahub is a venture-backed startup making rooftop solar accessible and desirable for Indian homeowners. We're established in Bengaluru and now building our presence in Hyderabad and we need the right person to lead that charge


Role Description

This is a Micro-CEO role for Bengaluru & Hyderabad. You will own the full P&L of the city building the sales team, owning monthly & quarterly targets, driving revenue growth, penetrating the market, and ensuring every customer has a seamless experience. You won't just manage a city; you'll set it up from the ground up and scale it, offering you the runway to lead with purpose, accountability and directly influence the organization's growth trajectory


What You'll Do

Build, lead, and manage the Bengaluru / Hyderabad sales team hiring, training, and performance management

Own city-level revenue targets and be accountable for top-line delivery while ensuring tight control over margins

Develop and execute local market penetration strategies across channels

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and community stakeholders

Analyze market trends, competitor analysis and translate them into actionable growth plans

Ensure sales efficiency and customer satisfaction across the full funnel

Work closely with the central team on operations, marketing, and product feedback

Interact with customer and enjoy selling virtually and in person


Who You Are

Has 610 years in sales management or business development in B2C companies, with at least 2 years owning a city or regional P&L

Has managed teams of 20+ and has demonstrated outcomes from those teams

Has built or scaled operations in a new market not just inherited one

Commercially sharp with the ability to read market data and make decisions from it

Strong communicator across all levels from frontline sales staff to senior stakeholders

Willingness to work on-site and engage with local partners and community stakeholders wherever needed

Experience in renewable energy, building materials, interiors, ed-tech or consumer durables preferred but not mandatory

MBA preferred; grit and track record valued over degrees
