A US - India based stealth longevity intelligence startup is looking for a CTO / Founding AI Engineering Lead to build the core technology foundation of a category-defining company at the intersection of AI, longevity, health intelligence, and consumer technology.

This is a founding-level role for someone who wants to build from zero to one, work directly with the founder, chief scientist and a team of doctors and own the technical architecture of a high-conviction, venture-scale startup.

What youll own

• End- to- end engineering
• Core AI / ML systems
• Product and backend architecture
• Data infrastructure and model deployment
• Technical roadmap from prototype to scale
• Engineering hiring and team-building
• Research-to-product translation with scientific and clinical leaders

Who were looking for

• Strong AI / ML engineering background
• Built real products or production-grade systems before
• High-agency, fast-moving, founder-mindset operator
• Strong judgment across architecture, product, and execution
• Comfortable working with research/science-heavy teams
• Startup / zero-to-one experience preferred
• Tier-1 education and prior experience of working at top startups
