PaRa Music is building Indias most valuable music company.

We are a private equity-backed, tech-led Music IP company focused on owning and monetising large-scale music catalogues across India. Our ambition is to build a highly scalable, technology-first organisation where content, data, and distribution are seamlessly integrated.

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to build and manage the technology backbone of PaRa Music.

This role is responsible for implementing and managing systems required to store, organise, access, and distribute large volumes of music and video content across teams.

You will work closely with the Founders to ensure that all managers across content, marketing, YouTube, and operations have seamless, secure, and structured access to digital assets and workflows.

• Design and manage scalable storage systems for audio, video, metadata, and associated assets
• Implement reliable cloud-based infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) for media storage and delivery
• Ensure fast, secure, and uninterrupted access to content across teams

• Implement and manage a centralised Content Management System for all music and video assets
• Ensure structured cataloguing, tagging, and retrieval of content
• Enable role-based access for different teams

• Build workflows for ingestion, QC, storage, metadata tagging, and release readiness
• Integrate systems with YouTube CMS, distribution partners, and streaming platforms
• Create dashboards to track content status from production to release

• Deploy and manage tools for asset management, workflow automation, and reporting
• Ensure seamless integration across internal teams and external platforms
• Support analytics and reporting systems for performance tracking

• Implement strong access control and data security protocols
• Safeguard music IP and digital assets from leaks or misuse
• Maintain backup, redundancy, and disaster recovery systems

• Manage external developers, vendors, and technology partners
• Drive execution with speed, discipline, and reliability

• 812 years of experience in IT, digital infrastructure, or technology roles
• Experience implementing CMS, storage systems, or media/content workflows
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and large file handling systems
• Experience working in media, music, OTT, or digital content companies preferred

Candidates with experience in handling music or video content systems will be strongly preferred.
