About FlexiKash

FlexiKash is a payment-native, multi-lender checkout credit infrastructure platform. We enable regulated lenders to offer EMI seamlessly within payment flows.

We are building a scalable embedded finance platform designed to integrate with payment aggregators and lending partners across verticals.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on CTO to architect, build, and scale the FlexiKash technology platform from the ground up.

This is a founding leadership role with significant equity participation.

The CTO will be responsible for:

• End-to-end platform architecture
• Checkout orchestration engine
• Multi-lender routing framework
• PSP integrations
• Compliance-aligned data architecture
• Security and scalability

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Platform Design

• Design a payment-native credit orchestration platform
• Build scalable APIs for PSP and lender integrations
• Define system architecture for high availability and low latency

2. Checkout & Routing Engine

• Develop real-time multi-lender orchestration logic
• Implement routing algorithms based on lender responses
• Ensure seamless fallback mechanisms

3. Integrations

• Integrate with payment aggregators and gateways
• Integrate with lender LOS, KYC, bureau systems
• Build standardized middleware layer

4. Compliance & Security

• Ensure RBI Digital Lending Guidelines alignment
• Architect PII-light / tokenized data structures
• Implement strong encryption, audit logs, and monitoring

5. Team Building

• Hire and lead core engineering team
• Establish development processes and roadmap
• Drive product iterations aligned with GTM

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 815 years of experience in fintech, payments, or lending tech
• Previously built or scaled:
• Payment gateway systems
• Lending platforms
• API-first financial infrastructure
• Strong understanding of:
• REST APIs & microservices architecture
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Data security & regulatory frameworks
• Experience integrating with:
• NBFC/bank systems
• Bureau/KYC APIs
• PSP/payment systems
