Sr. Architect / Interior Designer -Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (Design & Development)

Location: Pune | Industry: Interior Design / Architecture

Salary - 12L - 18 L (CTC)

Reports To: Director / Executive Director

Role Summary

Lead overall business strategy, growth, operations, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality interior design delivery and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth, strategy, and market expansion

Lead client relationships and strategic partnerships

Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability

Ensure seamless project execution and quality standards

Build and lead high-performing teams

Strengthen brand presence and market positioning

KPIs

Revenue growth | Profitability | Project quality & timelines | Client satisfaction | Team performance

Qualifications & Skills

15+ years experience; 5+ years in leadership

Strong in strategy, business development, and operations

Excellent financial and client management skills

Preferred

Experience in large-scale interior projects

Knowledge of design tools and real estate/luxury segments
