BlueVerse is LTMs Enterprise AI platform enabling clients to move from AI experimentation to scalable, governed, and outcomedriven AI systems.

We are looking for a Chief Architect to own the endtoend technical vision, reference architecture, and governance model for BlueVerse.

Role Overview

The Chief Architect, BlueVerse, provides architectural leadership across the enterprise AI ecosystem, including AI Foundry, Agent Marketplace, multiagent systems, RAG pipelines, governance controls, and integration layers.

This role ensures architecture decisions accelerate delivery speed, trust, and business value, while preserving longterm platform integrity across enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Architecture

Own and evolve the enterprise reference architecture for BlueVerse

Define standards and guardrails for scalability, security, resiliency, observability, and cost efficiency

Drive architecture reviews and enforce consistency across teams

Define target-state architecture and migration paths

AI Systems & Agentic Architecture

Shape patterns for multiagent orchestration, RAG, tool usage, evaluation, and feedback loops

Ensure traceable reasoning, controlled autonomy, and humanintheloop design

Guide decisions on LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agent communication models

Partner with GenAI and ML teams to productionize capabilities safely at scale

Governance & Technical Leadership

Embed responsible AI, governance, and compliance by design

Establish architecture governance forums and platform health KPIs

Mentor senior architects and enable reusable architecture patterns

Collaborate with Product, UX, Security, and Compliance teams

Experience & Skills

15+ years in enterprise technology and platform architecture

Deep expertise in GenAI, agentic systems, RAG, MLOps, and cloudnative platforms

Proven experience building and scaling enterprise AI platforms

Strong stakeholder influence and architecture leadership at scale
