We are looking for an experienced Chassis Electronics Lead with strong expertise in safety-critical chassis systems, vehicle dynamics, and system architecture across automotive platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end chassis electronics system architecture, drive functional safety concepts (HARA, FSC, TSC) and ISO 26262 compliance, lead platform integration and reuse strategies, oversee vehicle-level integration impacting dynamics and safety, resolve critical issues with OEMs/suppliers, review and approve safety-critical releases, support audits and KPI reviews, promote engineering best practices, and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills: Strong knowledge of chassis electronics (braking, steering, stability control), system architecture for safety-critical ECUs, functional safety expertise (ISO 26262), vehicle dynamics and control systems understanding, diagnostics and network management, risk assessment and technical decision-making, stakeholder management, and strong analytical skills.

Tools: CAN tools, DOORS/Polarion, JIRA, Confluence, diagnostic & flashing tools.

Preferred: Experience with OEMs/Tier1, ADAS integration exposure, global program experience, strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech Automotive / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics.
