Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join as a Senior Associate Audit. This role offers an opportunity to independently manage audit engagements, work across diverse industries, and contribute to high-impact financial and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and independently execute statutory audits and tax audits for SME clients
• Finalize financial statements and ensure proper audit documentation
• Prepare and review:
• Tax Audit Reports
• Audit Reports with CARO compliance
• Other statutory filings
• Ensure compliance with:
• Accounting Standards
• Companies Act
• Income Tax regulations
• Plan and manage audit assignments, including resource allocation and timelines
• Review team deliverables and ensure quality standards
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and resolve audit/tax queries

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in statutory and tax audits
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting Standards
• Companies Act
• Direct & Indirect Tax regulations
• Hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and report drafting abilities
• Proven experience in team handling and leadership

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to multiple industries and audit environments
• Experience handling end-to-end audit lifecycle
• Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance frameworks
