This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Noida. The Chartered Accountant will oversee financial reporting, manage audits, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and prepare budgets and forecasts. The role also includes analyzing financial data to provide strategic recommendations, managing taxation activities, and ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

• Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping practices, including strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation
• Experience in tax planning, compliance, and managing tax audits
• Proficiency in financial analysis and providing actionable insights to support organizational growth
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities
• Working knowledge of accounting software and financial management tools
• Strong understanding of applicable legal, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Excellent time management, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with relevant work experience
• Familiarity with the real estate or property management sector is an advantage
