Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Chartered Accountant. The position involves preparing financial statements, managing tax compliance and audits, overseeing budgets, and analyzing financial reports. The Chartered Accountant will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, provide insights for financial planning, and support the companys strategic goals through thorough financial analysis and recommendations. The role also includes improving internal financial controls and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing practices
• Proficiency in tax compliance, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data for decision-making
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Chartered Accountant qualification (CA) and a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the diamond or jewelry industry is an advantage
