Job Description
Please Note: This is an onsite position based in Ranchi, Nashik, Nagpur, Surat or Lucknow. Please apply only if you are willing to work onsite from any of these locations.
Roles and Responsibility:
US Taxation:
- Assist in preparation of US tax returns:
- Form 1040 (Individual)
- Form 1120 / 1120S (Corporate)
- Form 1065 (Partnership)
- Support federal and state tax filings
- Assist in tax research and client query resolution
- Prepare tax workpapers and compliance documentation
Accounting:
- Assist with bookkeeping and journal entries
- Support bank and account reconciliations
- Analyze financial statements and supporting documents
- Work on AR/AP support tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software
Who Can Apply?
- Recently completed CA/CA inter/CA dropout
- Basic knowledge of US taxation and accounting principles
- Familiarity with tax or accounting software (Drake, Lacerte, ProSeries, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
