Chartered Accountant | Liberia

We are seeking an experienced Senior Chartered Accountant to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations while ensuring compliance with international accounting standards. The role involves leading financial processes, supporting audits, and mentoring accounting staff within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS and GAAP.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Maintain accurate financial records and enforce strong internal controls.
• Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with auditors.
• Monitor project costs and support procurement financial tracking.
• Guide and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA, or Bachelors/Masters in Accounting/Finance.
• 510 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (essential) and GAAP; experience with multi-currency accounting is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
