We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our growing finance team and support the company's strategic expansion.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and corporate finance functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and experience handling complex financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and finalization of Financial Statements.
• Management of statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Project-wise profitability and cost analysis.
• Cash flow management and working capital monitoring.
• Liaison with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and government authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and applicable regulations.
• Reviewing and strengthening internal financial controls.
• Supporting management in strategic financial and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• QualifiedChartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
• Active ICAI Membership.
• 38 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
• Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Toll Operations, Real Estate, or Manufacturing sectors will be preferred.
