Job Title:Assistant Account Manager

Location:Mumbai, Goregaon

Salary:8 - 10 LPA (Salary would be increased as per exp)

Working Hours:9 Hours

Timing:09:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Role Summary:

The Assistant Account Manager Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing core finance operations, including accounts payable & receivable, financial reporting, compliance, and treasury activities. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to statutory requirements. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and ensuring zero discrepancies in financial processes while supporting smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable processes, including timely vendor payments and documentation
• Perform ledger scrutiny and ensure closure of discrepancies on a monthly basis
• Support monthly book closure and preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Ensure timely GST, TDS filings, and compliance with statutory regulations
• Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, and track loan repayments & treasury activities
• Verify agreements and ensure compliance before processing payments (including related parties)
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure audit readiness
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits

Required Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience (Preferably from Industry)

Experience Requirements:

• 2-4 years in CA/ 3-5 Years of Articleship

Skills & Competencies:

- Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel

- Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
