ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Channel Ads Executive to join the team. You will be given clear campaign strategies, briefs, and directives, and your job is to implement them accurately, on time, and without errors across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and quick commerce ad platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).

The right person for this role is someone who thrives on precision, takes ownership of execution quality, and understands that getting the details right is what separates good campaigns from great ones.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Set up, launch, and manage sponsored ad campaigns on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Flipkart Ads as per briefs provided.

Execute promoted listing and banner campaigns on Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart platforms.

Build and structure campaigns accurately, including keyword targeting, bid setup, budget allocation, match types, and ad group organization, based on strategy given to you.

Make bid and budget adjustments on a regular cadence as directed, ensuring campaigns stay within spend parameters.

Pull performance reports from ad dashboards and compile clean, accurate data summaries for review.

Flag anomalies, delivery issues, or budget pacing problems proactively before they become bigger issues.

Keep all campaign trackers, naming conventions, and documentation up to date.

Coordinate with the creative and catalog teams to ensure correct assets are live and properly mapped to campaigns.

Support A/B tests by setting up variants exactly as briefed and tracking results cleanly.



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

0 to 2 years of hands-on experience running ads on Amazon, Flipkart, or any quick commerce platform.

Solid working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central ad consoles.

Familiarity with at least one Q-Com platform ad manager (Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart) is a strong plus.

Highly organized, with strong attention to detail. You should be the kind of person who double-checks before publishing.

Comfortable working from structured briefs and strategy documents without needing to reinvent the approach.

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.

Good communicator who flags issues clearly and does not let problems sit unaddressed.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously without dropping the ball.

This is not a strategy or planning role. You will be executing strategies that are handed to you.

This is not a creative role. You will work with assets provided to you by the creative team.

This is not a senior or management position. There are no direct reports.

NICE TO HAVES

Prior experience at a D2C brand, marketplace agency, or e-commerce first company.

Understanding of catalog fundamentals like listing quality, content scores, and buy box mechanics.

Awareness of how ad performance connects to organic rank on Amazon and Flipkart.

Basic understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CTR, and CVR as campaign health indicators.
