Role Description

The Certification Executive will oversee compliance with organic and other agricultural certifications, ensuring best practices are followed across our farms. Responsibilities include documentation management, maintaining certification standards, coordinating audits, and liaising with certification bodies. Additional tasks include conducting regular farm inspections to ensure adherence to sustainable farming practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

Looking for professionals with experience in organic certification & ICS to manage audits, farmer clusters, and compliance.

B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture / Sustainability

23 years experience in certification / ICS / FSSAI.

Strong knowledge of organic standards & traceability and tracnet Handling.

Willingness to travel

• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and organic farming principles
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build effective working relationships
• Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Msc Agriculture Science, or a related field
