Experience required: 2 to 12 years

Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM

Work Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune


Job Description:


- Provide Cerner application support, incident resolution, and implementation of Cerner Millennium projects.

- Configure and troubleshoot Cerner solution functionalities/components.

- Perform complex troubleshooting investigations and document notes and knowledge articles.

- Gather requirements, determine the scope of work, and plan for timely delivery.

- Work self-sufficiently on assigned time-sensitive tasks.

- Develop and maintain good relationships with peers and clients, providing timely feedback to encourage success.

- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills in both written and verbal correspondence.

- Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscapes and acquire new skills with technology advancements, coordinating with global teams.

- Readiness to work odd hours/on-call and weekends as needed.
