Role Description

Centre Head positions at Khajaguda and Masjid Banda branches - The Centre Head is responsible for end-to-end ownership of Catalyst education centre performance, including operations, academics, marketing, admissions, app management, financial tracking, parent communication, and record keeping.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Operations Management, including implementation of strategies for optimal functioning and growth for the site
• Highly developed Communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and parents effectively
• Effective Team Management and Leadership abilities to lead and motivate staff within the center
• Proven expertise in Budgeting and financial oversight to ensure resource optimization
• Prior experience in the education domain or managing academic institutions is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, Education Management, or a related field
